THE UNDERGROUND CHURCH - SIMULATION GAME

1.     What is Underground Church?

Basically it is a HANDS-ON EVENT!!  You are IN the game!!  It's a SIMULATOIN of how it MIGHT BE if being a CHRISTIAN IS against the LAW  OR TO WORSHIP JESUS, and what you MICHT  have to go through in order to WORSHIP with others.

2.     Are there any age limits?

Yes and NO.    How's that for an answer?   We suggest that no one under a 7th grader participate,  it gets pretty intesnse!!  We've had 6th graders attend before, but we want to make sure their leaders are aware that they may need some extra attention.  On the other hand we've had folks in the 80s to play UC with no problems.

3.     How much does it cost to play UC?

It doesn't cost anything!   We want UC to be FREE from costs to make UC available to everyone.  We know Youth Budgets only go so far, we know some folks can't afford to spend EXTRA to be able to particpate in Youth Events, so as long as we can, UC will be FREE!

4.     Can you tell us anything about the game?

A.    Your group will be divided in to groups of 3 or 4.   Youth leaders you know your group             better than anyone, so  divide your groups accordingly.   We like the groups to be in 3s or         4s because that gives us more teams competing in the game, but we do make exceptions         if  need be.

B.    Most all UCs are played outside, so dress accordingly.

C.    Lots of Walking!!   Be prepared, wear comfortable shoes, start getting into shape now!

D.    We play for about 90 minutes or until someone wins! (NOT LIKELY!!)

E.    We have 2 phases of UC, 1 is the game itself, and 2 is UC Worship!  UC Worship is like        
        none other!  Please plan to stay for phase 2 of UC!!

F.    YOUTUBE!!   Portions of the game will end up on our YOUTUBE channel.   So if you come
        to a UC, playing the game grants  us permission to video and post to YOUTUBE!!

5.     Can we host a UC event?

  Are you kidding me?  ABSOLUTELY!!   We are always looking for different places to have UC!   If you want to host an event please email us!!  For a successful UC,  it will take some planning, we've done it for years and have it down to a science,  that being said  please give us lots of notice.
